In these unexpected times, we sincerely hope that you and your family, friends and loved ones are safe.

Delivery is provided by our partner carriers in accordance with the measures issued by the government to fight against the Covid-19 epidemic.

The delivery time can be extended by a further 7 days.

Your safety as well as that of our employees and transporters is our priority. At each stage of the delivery, strict preventive measures are observed. It may therefore take a few additional working days to deliver your package to you in the best possible conditions and in complete safety. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

1 / Clothing (Tshirt, sweatshirt, hoodie)

In Sweden, the delivery time is 4 to 7 working days
In Europe, the delivery time is 6 to 12 working days
For an international shipment, the delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.

2 / Accessories (backpack, cap, hat, …)

In Sweden, the delivery time is 5 to 10 working days
In Europe, the delivery time is 7 to 12 working days
For an international shipment, the delivery time is 10 to 15 working days.

Depending on your location, delivery costs vary:

For a shipment to Sweden, the shipping costs are € 5.90
Delivery costs are free for all orders over € 59 in Europe.

For a shipment to Europe, the shipping costs are € 8.90
For an international shipment, the shipping costs are € 15.90

All orders are shipped with a personal tracking number. This tracking number is accessible in the shipping confirmation email.

You can follow the progress of your order directly on the carrier’s website.

The possible progress states for your order are as follows:

In preparation (your order is validated, and is currently being processed in our warehouse)
In transit (your order has been processed and shipped. You can follow its progress on the carrier’s website using the parcel number)
Delivered in accordance with the date

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the package tracking number and the carrier link allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

The link will be active once the package is picked up by the carrier. It may take between 24 and 48 hours to update the tracking of your package.

Have you received your items but the size or fit does not suit you? Don’t worry, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the affected products to us.

There is no minimum amount for orders in the Runaway online store.

Checks and bank transfers are not accepted.

All personal data is encrypted before leaving your pc and being transmitted over the internet. To do this, Runaway uses the recognized secure transmission “secure socket layer” (ssl) with 128 bit encryption. Encrypted information concerning your order, your name, your address, your credit card or your bank details cannot be read by outsiders.

As we work with different frames, you may not be able to recognize the encryption directly or your browser may not always notify you with a message indicating the link with an ssl server. However, you can see the protected transmission of your data (https mode) when in the cash register area you press the right mouse button and select the “show source text” function.

You can also help us protect yourself and others from abuse. Please help us in our efforts to secure your personal data by never giving out your password.

Once in your basket, under the summary of your order, you will find the “promo code” box. Fill in the code that was communicated to you respecting the capitals and dashes (we recommend that you copy and paste it)
